Administration
- Input and process employee information through ADP
Payroll for weekly & semi-monthly payroll.
- Support various related payroll functions to ensure
accurate and timely payments to employees (bonuses, vacation
payout, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with all garnishment and support
orders, federal, state, and local tax withholding.
- Improve payroll processing proactively.
- Resolve non-routine payroll problems and ensure audits
and bi-weekly payroll is reconciled in a timely manner.
- Serve as a liaison within payroll department and other
departments, for the resolution of payroll problems.
- Review and comply with Sox 404 and other payroll policies
and procedures
- Prepare bank transfers/wires relating to payroll costs
and payments for dues, 401K, Pension, garnishments, etc.
- Process year end payroll
